Purchase Invoices will be provided after finalisation to the supplied email address.
Purchase refunds will be available for 1 week after the purchase has been made or until any alterations are made to the logo. Once the purchased logo has been adjusted to suit the purchasing organisation it can no longer be returned to market and is now non-refundable.
An administration fee of 3.5% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded.
A refund will not take place in any of the following events:
A custom designed logo has been commissioned and either a deposit or the full amount has been paid.
If you have already approved changes to your premade logo.
If work has already commenced on your premade logo and a proof has been supplied.
If the organisation for which the premade or custom designed logo has closed, changed name or changed it’s field of business.
If the project is cancelled due to reasons unrelated to the logo design by Stock Logos.
If you have not communicated with Stock Logos for more than 6 months following purchase of your logo design.
If other design companies were simultaneously hired to work on the same logo design project.
In order to restart the premade or custom designed logo project a 3.5% administration fee will be charged in order to retrieve your stored logo files from archive.
Logo Adjustment: The general estimated delivery time for each round of revisions is 5 days from full payment and Logo name, slogan and preferred colour information has been supplied, or from approval form and feedback being received by Stock Logos.
Single Logo Files: On final approval, single logo file delivery via dropbox.com and email has an estimated delivery time of 5 days from final approval form being received by Stock Logos.
Logo Pack Files: On final approval, logo pack file delivery via dropbox.com and email has an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days from final approval form being received by Stock Logos.
